NOMADNESS TRAVEL TRIBE
BIPOC DIVERSITY IN TRAVEL SURVEY AND TRENDS + INSIGHTS

Almost a decade ago, content creator and community leader, Evita Robinson, curated a travel group, NOMADNESS Travel Tribe, that is recognized amongst Black travelers as the home for their diverse travel movement. Today, this community boasts active membership of over 25,000 people across the globe -- serving not only as a space for travel, but as a community for authentic connections. To better understand the challenges, impacts, and successes of this population, NOMADNESS has developed a series of reports that explore how BIPOC travelers are experiencing and contributing to the tourism industry. Partnering with Tourism RESET, our intention was to amplify marginalized voices and experiences - causing action toward creating an authentic and truly inclusive tourism landscape where these voices are finally valued, heard, represented, and compensated. The BIPOC Diversity in Travel Survey and Trends + Insights data detailed within this report, is the start toward diversifying the travel movement.
